Yes, it’s hard to not be affected with what other people may say about you especially if it’s already under the belt, but the fact that you know yourself better, unless you are one of those people who don’t exactly know who they are and what they can do. Discover Your Weaknesses: The first thing that you need to do so you won’t have a personality problem is to know yourself better by simply evaluating yourself. Evaluating yourself is simply discovering what you can do and what you can’t do, like discovery your interests and what you want to do or to become in the future. But the very first thing that you need to find out is your weaknesses because that’s the most common thing that people will see in you. If you discover your weaknesses then you will know what you need to work on to. You could turn those weaknesses to be one of your strength by simply over coming them.

Discover Your Strength: After discovering your weaknesses, the next thing that you need to find out is your strength. Your strengths are the things that build your confidence. Try to develop them and be experts with what you can do. Prove to the people who don’t trust you and don’t have confidence in you that they are wrong. Prove them wrong by showing them that you can do something that they can’t.

Be Yourself: This is the most important thing that you need to do in becoming one with self. Be yourself! Stop trying to be somebody else. Don’t let the judgment of other people affect you. Be happy and enjoy what you are doing. People will love you if you are true to them. The only way that you can be true to your friends and other people is by simply being true to yourself first.

Our body has its own way to heal itself, but if our immune system is weak then that’s the reason that we easily get sick.
